Harvest Club Terms and Conditions:

Cana Vineyards offers three Harvest Club membership tiers:

Connoisseur: 3 bottles in each quarterly selection
Sommelier: 6 bottles in each quarterly selection
Cellar Master: 9 bottles in each quarterly selection

The wines featured each quarter are pre-selected by Cana Vineyards, and are charged to the credit card on file on the first day of March, June, September, and December. Harvest Club members can choose to receive a mix of red, white, and rosé wine; red and rosé wine only; or, white and rosé wine only. Members may switch between membership tiers and "Mixed", "Red", and "White" style preferences at any time. The total cost for each Harvest Club selection will vary from quarter to quarter depending on the featured wines and the Member's selected style preferences. Members may choose to have their wine held for pickup at the winery, or may request that their wine be shipped to them. There is an additional charge for shipping and handling, and a person at least 21 years of age MUST be present to sign for delivery of the wine. The minimum membership term is one year, which includes four purchased quarterly selections, after which the membership may be suspended or cancelled on request according to the terms below. By completing this order and signing up for the Harvest Club, I agree that:

Cana Vineyards will charge my credit card for my quarterly wine selections, applicable tax, and any shipping fees.
I will keep an active membership for a minimum of one year, purchasing a minimum of four Harvest Club selections.
If Cana Vineyards accumulates two Harvest Club selections for me, my Harvest Club wines will be shipped to me at my expense using the credit card and shipping address associated with my account.
I am responsible for all cost incurred if my wine shipment is returned to the winery for reshipment.
Written or emailed notice is required for cancellation, and must be received at least two weeks before the next scheduled selection. Once processed, Harvest Club selections are ineligible for refund.
Wine must be picked up or shipped within 30 days of cancellation or it will be considered abandoned.
