The Rosé Collection

Our winemaker is on a mission to share the magic of rosé with everyone. The grapes for these bottles were grown, picked, processed, and vinified to showcase the beauty of an intentional rosé. 

 

Each gift set includes:

 

* 1 bottle of 2023 Rosé of Merlot: 100% Merlot grown at Greenstone Vineyards in Leesburg, VA, who we have worked with for over ten years. These vines are grown in soil with a high natural stone content (Virginia greenstone, hence the name!), giving a crisp and fresh minerality to the wine. The fruit was chilled overnight, then destemmed and lightly crushed prior to pressing for gentle color extraction, and fermented in stainless steel. Our Rosé of Merlot is bold and plush with ripe strawberries and watermelon in the nose, with juicy red berry notes on the palate. A ripe, round, and joyous style.

 

* 1 bottle of 2023 Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown at Silver Creek Orchards in the hills of Nelson County, VA. The fruit was chilled overnight, then destemmed and lightly crushed prior to pressing for gentle color extraction, and fermented in stainless steel. Our Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon is a love song for rosé, beautifully layered and highly aromatic. We found fresh sea salt minerality, soft orange citrus, and light herbal notes on the nose, moving to brighter mandarin orange, guava, and strawberry on the palate. Elegant and ethereal.

 

* 1 bottle of 2023 Rosé of Cabernet Franc: 100% Cabernet Franc grown at Bluestone Vineyards in the Shenandoah Valley. This rosé was fermented and aged six months in French oak and Acacia puncheons. Extended lees contact helps develop and beautifully complex and full-charactered bouquet, showing notes of white blossom, gentle citrus, white cherry, soft cream, and flaky pastry. Round red fruit notes rise on the palate, mingling with a lift of bright pink pepper. An expansive, palate-filling style with an everlasting finish.
