23 Rosé of Cab Sauv

100% Cabernet Sauvignon, stainless steel. At harvest the fruit is gently pressed to give the palest salmon color. Our Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon is a love song for Rosé, with a beautifully layered and complex aroma. We found fresh sea salt minerality, soft orange citrus, and light herbal notes, moving to brighter mandarin orange, guava, and strawberry on the palate. 

The fruit was chilled overnight prior to cold processing, then destemmed and lightly crushed prior to pressing for gentle color extraction.
