23 Rosé of Merlot

100% Merlot, stainless steel. Our Rosé of Merlot is bold and plush with ripe strawberries and watermelon in the nose, with juicy red berry notes on the palate. These vines are grown in soil with a high stone content, giving a crisp and fresh minerality to the wine. A ripe, round, and joyous style.

The fruit was chilled overnight, then destemmed and lightly crushed prior to pressing for gentle color extraction.
