47% Petit Verdot, 36% Cabernet Franc, 17% Merlot. In the aroma, juicy blackberry and blackcurrant are followed by vanilla, gentle baking spice, and herbes de Provence. The palate is plush and round, with deep black cherry and pomegranate supported by smooth and structured tannins. Unité Reserve represents the best lots from our Estate vineyard, all individually hand-harvested. Careful barrel selection allows us to best express the vineyard and vintage. This vintage was barrel-aged 17 months in 58% new French oak.
